Commercial ACP Exterior Project in Delhi
A comprehensive multi-story building exterior transformation in Delhi, replacing weathered plaster with certified 4mm PVDF wall cladding, heavy galvanized iron anti-sag subgrid, and architectural louvers.
The Architectural Challenge & Execution
The building owner sought a complete exterior overhaul to modernize this commercial plaza located in Delhi. The existing structure suffered from rain seepage along external joints and an outdated exterior look that did not reflect the value of the corporate tenants inside.
ACP Exterior engineered an independent, heavy-gauge galvanized iron (GI) subgrid that bridged structural irregularities across the multi-story height. Certified 4mm PVDF panels from Aludecor were precision V-grooved and mounted with stainless steel fasteners.
To handle seasonal expansion from Delhi's extreme temperatures, engineered 10mm reveal gaps were caulked with Dow Corning 789 neutral structural silicone, ensuring a 100% waterproof seal with zero panel distortion.
Work Performed:

- ✓Fabrication and mechanical anchoring of heavy galvanized iron sub-framing.
- ✓On-site precision CNC V-grooving and corner wrapping for razor-sharp edges.
